Back to Work Transition Program
3 month  1:1 coaching program

What your workforce can expect:

  • 6 x 60 minute coaching sessions (2 per month)

  • 1:1 wellbeing support

  • Practical activities to help employees during their transition back to work

  • Email support in between sessions

  • Their own personal handbook so they can track their journey

  • Option to connect with other employees in similar circumstances

During the program, I will support employees to:

  • Manage emotions (guilt, fear, shame, anticipation, excitement)

  • Re-gain confidence and tackle self-doubt

  • Establish a new routine and set boundaries

  • Create positive and sustainable habits

  • Tackle overwhelm and manage stress

Less than a fifth of women feel confident returning to work after having a baby and organisations have the power to change this. Empower your employees (both male & female) and enable them to have a smooth and successful transition back to work.

Create Balance - Workplace Program
3 month  1:1 coaching program

What your workforce can expect:

  • Accountability tools

  • Pre-program goal setting resource & discussion

  • Their own personal handbook so they can track their journey

  • Emails in between sessions

During the program, I will support employees to:

  • Create their own vision for balance

  • Assess their current reality

  • Understand their motivations

  • Identify obstacles

  • Create a plan & set SMART goals

  • Take action 

I will support employees to create their own version of balance and establish boundaries between work and home life. I will work with them to develop positive habits whilst learning how to effectively manage stress, prioritise time, and combat overwhelm.
