A gentle 6-week group designed to support you through early motherhood - with babies welcome, but the focus is on looking after you. Each week offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive environment. Sessions include a relaxed mix of conversation, reflection, and simple wellbeing tools you can use in everyday life. Starts: Tuesday 22 September 2026 (6-week series), 10:15-11:30am, held in Hobsonville, Auckland. The exact address will be sent to you once you've booked. The $160 price covers all 6 sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellations Full payment of $160 is due in advance to secure your place. If paying in advance is a problem for any reason, please get in touch with us before booking and we'll do our best to help. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, as your place has been reserved for you across the full series. Missed Sessions Missed sessions can't be refunded, transferred, or carried over to another block, as spaces are limited and your place is held for the full series.
