Hi, I'm Ruth
Accredited Wellbeing Coach (AC) and Certified Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM)
I support mums who want to feel calm, connected and more in-control.
Through baby massage classes, 1:1 support, and group programmes, I create calm, supportive spaces that help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more steady through the early years and beyond.
For over 5 years, I’ve worked with women supporting stress, confidence, and life transitions - helping them navigate change with more clarity and self-trust.
Since becoming a mum myself, this work has naturally expanded into group support and infant massage which I now teach within my local community.

"Ruth has been amazing in helping me tackle challenges and restore balance in my day-to-day life. Over the six months we worked together, her coaching style helped me become a more confident and motivated person. I would not have gotten through the rest of the year without her support, and I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with her - she is very kind and understanding. I now have the confidence to use the tools she has given me to overcome any further challenges I may face."
Why I Do This
I’m originally from the UK, and I first discovered baby massage around 10 years ago while working as an outreach worker. I saw the benefits first-hand and knew I wanted to use it with my own baby one day.
When I had my son, I went looking for local classes - but couldn’t find anything nearby. So during my parental leave, I trained in infant massage myself and began offering classes within my local community. I’ve now been running them for just over a year.
My little boy is now two, and he still loves a massage… although these days it’s usually negotiated between snack breaks and toddler chaos!
I’ve also spent over five years working in wellbeing, supporting women through stress, confidence challenges, and life transitions. Bringing both areas together allows me to offer a calm, welcoming space where mums can feel supported - whether they’re in the early days with a newborn or navigating the ongoing juggle of family life.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, travelling, and connecting with friends - simple things that help me stay grounded in everyday life.
