Create Balance Program
​
Balance means different things to different people, but essentially it is about feeling fulfilled across all areas of your life. Through coaching, we will work together to explore your vision of balance, assess your current reality, understand your motivations, overcome your obstacles, and create a clear plan to help you create the life you want. This could involve looking at multiple areas of life or focusing on a single area such as work-life or family life.

One session will allow you to understand your vision of balance, what is holding you back, and take an initial step into creating the life you want. This works as a great 'taster' if you prefer to try coaching out before you commit to a longer program.

Across 3 months we will delve into what balance actually is and what it means for you. We will look in depth at the aspects of your life where you would like more fulfilment, and create actionable steps, so that you can achieve balance across these areas and create positive habits. This could be looking at multiple areas of life or focusing on a single area such as work-life. I will share with you practical activities and strategies to help you to create better balance, whilst the accountability tools and check in texts will help to keep you on track.

Back to Work Transition Program

Less than a fifth of women feel confident returning to work after having a baby, but your transition after parental leave does not have to be overwhelming! My ‘Back to Work’ program enables you to have a smooth and successful transition back to work after a break. I will work with you to manage emotions, build confidence, establish a new routine, create positive habits and tackle overwhelm.

Across 3 months I will provide you with extra support during your transition back to the workforce. This can be a daunting and overwhelming time and I will help you to manage your emotions and expectations, whilst putting steps in place to enable you to have a smooth transition back to work.

If you would like to complete a 6 month program instead of a 3 month program this can be arranged.
