Create Balance Program

Balance means different things to different people, but essentially it is about feeling fulfilled across all areas of your life. Through coaching, we will work together to explore your own vision of balance, and create a clear plan of action so that you can reach your goals and overcome any obstacles getting in your way!

I offer coaching face to face and online, so we can work together wherever you are in the world!

CB program

Create Balance
Single Session

What you can expect:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • 1 x 60 minute session

One session will allow you to understand your vision of balance, what is holding you back, and take an initial step into creating the life you want. This works as a great 'taster' if you prefer to try coaching out before you commit to a longer program. 

Single Session = $100 NZD per session

*Online or in person (if in Auckland)

Create Balance
3 Month Program

What you can expect:

  • 6 or 12 x 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Practical activities tailored to you

  • Weekly check in texts

  • Accountability tools

  • Pre-program goal setting resource & discussion

  • Your own personal handbook so you can track your journey

  • Emails in between sessions

 

Across 3 months we will delve into what balance actually is and what it means for you. We will look in depth at the aspects of your life where you would like more fulfilment, and create actionable steps, so that you can achieve balance across these areas and create positive habits. I will share with you practical activities and strategies to help you to create better balance, whilst the accountability tools and check in texts will help to keep you on track. 

Full program including 6 sessions = $1000 NZD

Full program including 12 sessions = $1900 NZD

Back to Work Program

My 'Back to Work' coaching program is useful if you are struggling to make a decision around whether to go back, or if you would like support to create a plan for your return. I will work with you to manage emotions, build confidence, establish a new routine, create positive habits and tackle overwhelm.

Thriving Through Transition
Single Session

What you can expect:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • 1 x 60 minute session*

One session could be a great start if you are unsure whether to return to work after parental leave, or if you are wondering how this might work for you. It could also help you to explore your emotions and create a plan if you are heading back soon.  This can be a great 'taster' if you prefer to try coaching out before you commit to the 3 month program.  

Single Session = $100 NZD per session

*Online or in person (if in Auckland)

Thriving Through Transition
3-Month Program

What you can expect:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • 6 or 12 x 60 minute sessions*

  • Practical activities to support you in the transition back to work

  • Weekly emails/texts

  • Your own personal handbook so you can track your journey

 

Across 3 months I will provide you with extra support during your transition back to the workforce. This can be an overwhelming time and I will help you to manage your emotions and expectations, whilst putting steps in place to enable you to have a smooth transition back to work. 

Full program including 6 sessions = $795 NZD

Full program including 12 sessions = $1500 NZD
